LAGRECA, MAI is a licensed General Certified Appraiser in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is a graduate of Temple University and has specialized in real estate appraisal since the early 1980’s.  Mr. Lagreca has completed appraisals on the following property types: apartments, retail properties, office buildings, industrial buildings, residential subdivisions, self-storage facilities and manufactured housing communities.
