Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. As a service to our
clients we can also perform appraisals in Berks, Lehigh and Northampton
Counties, Pennsylvania as well as southern New Jersey and New Castle
County, Delaware.

Information Sources
|
L&Q uses the most current data
bases available. We include TREND, the 5-county multiple listing
service, MEA Data System which provides public record and tax map
information for Montgomery, Bucks and Chester Counties, Digital Media
Services Flood Map and GeoLocator, automated maps for residential
appraisals.

Technology
|
All form appraisals are
completed using digital photography, computer generated sketch plans and
GEO/Locator maps on Day One or ACI appraisal software. Appraisals can
be e-mailed in pdf format with signatures and photographs to clients who
prefer electronic transmission.
