Residential Division Head Robert Lagreca is a certified residential appraiser and holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. Robert is FHA approved in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and has twenty-five years of experience appraising Residential Real Estate.

Commercial Division Headed by Michael Lagreca and Paul Quinn. Both Mike and Paul are General Certified Appraisers and hold the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Together they share over fifty years of experience within the appraisal industry as appraisers.
